They may be from the city of brotherly love, but Philadelphia trio, Backwords sounds like they are from the deep woods of West Virginia. Their earthy sound is enhanced by banjos and harmonica along with the standard guitar, drum, and bass. The first single from their upcoming album Quilt is “And Then Sigh”.
