With all the new stuff coming out from the Kanye West camp, remixers are looking at it as a “strike when the iron is hot” situation. The latest remixer to take advantage is Cheap Thrills. I have no information about Cheap Thrills. He has no website and his email to me was suspiciously barren of info but his take on Kanye’s “Diamonds from Sierra Leone” is more than intriguing. I expected some electro-remix but instead the remix is pretty understated and almost relaxing. Check it out.
