New: Clare Maguire covers Antony and the Johnsons’ “Hope There’s Someone”

I almost never find covers in my mailbox so it is very odd to be posting two in one day, but that’s what is happening. UK-based chanteuse Clare Maguire just sent me this cover of Antony and the Johnsons‘ “Hope There’s Someone”. It is a slow piano ballad but I think what is most surprising is Maguire’s shaky contralto voice. Check it out.
