New: Filip Filipi featuring Tough Life and Neven Subotic “Kings of Africa”

I relish opportunities to talk sports on this blog. It is a music blog, so it does not happen too often but I was excited to receive this track from Filip Filipi. The track “Kings of Africa” is the official World Cup anthem for the Serbian team. Serbia is one of the 13 UEFA teams to make the big tournament this year. Serbia is currently ranked 15th in the world, but they are in a tough group with 6th ranked Germany expected to win the group and 20th ranked Australia might give them a run for second. While I have not heard an official anthem from Germany or Australia, if the group was decided by anthems Serbia would have a good shot. Although the track is not in English, the grime/dubstep feel gives it an international appeal. Enjoy!
