Strut Records continues their love affair with Afro-jazz with the release of Afro-Rock Volume 1 next week. The album was compiled by Duncan Brooker and is a collection of African music from across the continent. Latapaza Band’s “Odi-Yoo” is a non-album bonus track that Strut just released to promote the album. The track is definitely more rock oriented than the Afro-jazz compilations they have been releasing. It’s still a great listen. Enjoy.
