Beachy music used to have balls. I think of Dick Dale and dude was absolutely insane. But now people seem to think chillwave groups like Memory Tapes are beach music. The Dashing Suns seem to have some interesting in putting the balls back at the beach. Their new single “Sally Moore” is to surf music what psychobilly is to rockabilly. The track is fast and loud but definitively beachy. Check it out.
