Berkley School of Music is one of America’s premier musical institutions so its no wonder it has produced such bands as the Click Five, Dream Theater, and Big D and the Kids Table. But the institution has also has produced the Dean’s List, a group that mixes elements of hip hop and pop into an extremely listenable mixture. While this type of music isn’t always upheld for its musical merit, obviously these guys have the theory background behind making great pop music.
