UK trio, The Wombats first took off with their 2007 single, “Let’s Dance to Joy Division.” The band just released a new track called “Addicted to the Cure.” I hoped the band was being cheeky and the track was actually about being addicted to Robert Smith and company but it is sadly not. The track still manages to be pretty great relying on a stronge power pop base. Check it out.
