Earlier this year, Phantom Planet reunited after a decade-long hiatus and dropped "Balisong," their first release since 2008. Now, they return with a second single, "Party Animal." With drums that sound straight out of "Rock and Roll Pt. 2" and the chant along chorus, the song sounds like it could have been on 2004's self-titled.
