Brooklyn musician, Tattoo Money is preparing to release his debut album this fall. Surviving the Golden Age is proud to premiere his new single, “Coco Curious.” An interesting take on jungle fever, “Coco Curious” is drawn from Tattoo Money’s own experience of interracial dating. Money explains “When I got my first real taste of dating after the end of a relationship that ran from my teens to early twenties, I was ready to just get out there and meet some awesome new girls, and I guess I was naive or crazy, but it never really dawned on me that my race would be an issue.” He imbues what he has learned over his own version of guitar-centric indie rock which has drawn comparisons to Twin Shadow and TV on the Radio.
