Salt Lake City’s Strange Familia released their latest single “Ms. Badblood” last month. Surviving the Golden Age is excited to premiere the electro-pop track’s video. Along with two headless mannequins, the duo play their instruments and dance while being splashed by colorful lighting. The boys prove they have some serious moves but the video is not just a setup to showcase their skills. The band said the song “is a critique on those who tell us how or who to love. The mannequins are symbolic of claims that love (or some types of it) are fake. Plastic. A façade.” So you get some imagery and depth with your danceable pop.
