What makes a great cover song? Generally people would say putting a unique touch on a well known song. But for Tree putting a unique touch on Radiohead’s “Karma Police” is just the tip of the iceberg. The track is completely reimagined; from the baroque instrumentation that’s melting like Dali’s clocks to the random hip hop verse, this isn’t your college roommate’s “Karma Police.” The only question left is is this a great cover? I think the answer is unequivocally yes.
