Vancouver-based multi-instrumentalist producer and vocalist, Vandelux recently released his debut EP, Lost in Common which he said “I created this EP in my closet and have done all of the production, instrumentation and vocals.” The latest single from the album is “Live Forever.” Beginning with arpeggiated synths, the track builds through ominous subbass, a driving house rhythm, and cut-up affected vocals. Vandelux’ emotive vocal performance humanizes the track to make it feel deeper than your traditional EDM fare. Not bad for a track created in a closet.
