Guelph-based VIDA are preparing to release their new album, The Nature Of How We Live on March 7th. The latest single from the album is “Jump in Whole.” A mixture of driving drums, chugging bass, and screeching guitars, the track is reminiscent of Canadian hardcore luminaries like Comeback Kid and Propagandhi. The yelled lyrics can be a little hard to decipher but the band describes “Jump in Whole” as a “love song exploring the paradoxical experience of persevering through relational challenges in an increasingly complex, Westernized existence.”
