Brooklyn instrumental trio Woodsman are the newest inductees into the Singles Club series, with a track written exclusively for club subscribers. StGA got our hands on “Further” from our friends at Fire Talk Records.
“Further” presents the band continuing forward in their exploration of pysch and experimental jams. The result is a very listenable four minutes of driven-yet-meditative excellence. Woodsman make full use of the aural spectrum, infusing a new warmth into the mix that differentiates the track from their self-titled album released earlier this year. This is exactly where Woodsman need to be if they are going to leave an indelible mark on their listeners – it’s very exciting to hear.
