Brussels-based WORLD BRAIN just released their album, Open Source in October. The latest single is “Ville fleurie.” The track mixes elements of bossa nova and downtempo to create a chill sound reminiscent of artists like Air or Stereolab. The lilting female vocal “depicts a walk in the city. The verses describe the busy, noisy streets and the mineral aspect of the architecture, whereas the chorus introduces the delicate perfume and mysterious charm of a flower,” according to Lucas Ufo.
