With copyright infringement cases on the rise on sites like SoundCloud and Youtube, mashup artists have largely had to migrate to other forms of production. While Kap Slap has become successful with originals and remix, he hasn’t completely turned away from his mashup roots. His latest mashup “Heathen Thieves Love Lamborghini’s,” uses elements of Martin Garrix, Skrillex, Rick Ross, Bebe Rexha, Ookay, Grandtheft, and more all within a four minute time frame. The track is a banger through and through proving that Kap Slap still has what it takes in the mashup game.
