A week after releasing the excellent “High Time,” 4am Kru is already back with a new single, “4AMK3 (Golden Boy).” The Kru describes the track as “a wild, time-stretched ride that careens along at the breakneck speed of 175 bpm.” Featuring the group’s most mainstream sample yet, Amerie‘s “1 Thing,” the track mixes the 2005 hit with the trio’s patented drum & bass production. By sampling grime rapping, “4AMK3 (Golden Boy)” shows the points where hip hop and jungle cross.
