Early Stones Throw recording artist DJ Design, known for creating the iconic Quasimoto monster character and the LP cover design for “My Vinyl Weighs A Ton” by Peanut Butter Wolf, is preparing to release his new album, Survival Web Vaults later this year. The album’s lead single is “The Blues,” showing off his beat design skills more than his graphic design skills. The instrumental feature hard hitting drums, shimmering organ, and a little electric guitar. Meanwhile guest emcees Phat Kat and Elzhi make their presence known with equally hard hitting verses.
