Lærdal, Norway’s Lysne recently released their single, “FRÅ SOGN!” Completely sung in Norwegian, the band says the song is “about partying, stereotypes, nature, majestic mountains…a hymn the place we grew up and love.” I’ll have to take their word for it but what transcends language barriers is the song’s catchy vocal melody, energetic tempo, and chugging punk guitars.
