What if Nick Cave made an alt-R&B record? It might sound a little like Lin‘s new single, “U’ve Broken.” Surviving the Golden Age is excited to premiere the dark piano track. Lin – real name Samuel Hoeksma – has a deep emotive voice which works perfectly with the moody songwriting on “U’ve Broken” but when the female vocals kick in on the final verse the contrast is welcomed.
