With the release of his debut EP Spells not long in the rearview mirror, Attawalpa is preparing to release its follow up, Patterns later this year. The lead single from the EP is “Done Hanging On.” With a dynamic vocal performance, Attawalpa goes from low and gravelly like a British Nick Cave to softer tenor that lilts over the beach guitars and lush synths.
