Mississippi-born, Nashville-based artist, Caroline Romano just released her new single, “The Hypothetical.” Perhaps best known for her R3hab remixed single “I Still Remember,” “The Hypothetical” shows a rocky side of Romano. With distorted guitars, fuzzed out bass, and a hand-clapped beat, the track aptly mixes elements of garage rock and electroclash to create something fun and energetic. As the name may suggest, “The Hypothetical” is about a hypothetical romance. “I think those can be the most fun romances,” Romano said. “I wanted to capture that feeling of being so infatuated with a crush that it’s borderline a state of psychosis. Everything’s sweet and sour all at the same time. It’s nothing serious. It’s Barbie and Ken in wonderland, even if it’s only in your head. It’s just hypothetical.”
