NYC-native Casper Caan released his debut single, “Last Chance” last month. Hot Chip said “Something about the melody and Casper’s voice reminded us of New Order,” and they use that as a reference point for their remix. With 80s drums, bouncing bass, and bleating echoed synths, the remix has a fun, throwback vibe even if the lyrics are not nearly as cheery.
