East London-based artist, DB Armitage just released her new single, “Old Bones.” Mixing elements of avant garde pop and 80s darkwave, the track features creeping synth bass over a militaristic beat. Lyrically, the song takes its cues from David Bowie‘s “Space Oddity.” Armitage explains “we are in Major Tom’s head, listening his thoughts while his spaceship leaving planet Earth.”
