Compson Sound just dropped his first remix, a take on Deadmau5 “Raise Your Weapon.” Of course, once he made the remix he could help but use it in a mashup. He lays over the remix the acapella from OneRepublic “If I Lose Myself” to create an ambient remix. As Compson explains “What is unique about this song is it incorporates a lot of sounds from nature. The trajectory of the song flows from a calm beginning with a peaceful piano melody and ocean waves. As the song progresses, a conflict builds culminating to a thunderstorm during the break. The song ends with the calm after the storm with birds chirping and the flow of a river.”
