Torontonian producer DeBoer mixes rock music with dance music to create a unique blend of both worlds. His latest single “Fame” is a slow-burning future house track with elements of future bass in the drop, as usual DeBoer’s house game is strong but it’s the added versatility of bass production that really has me grooving. Production notes aside, guest vocalist Joël spins a riveting tale worth listening to of the end-goal of every amateur musician – fame! Bonus points on the ticking clock sample in the intro as well, definitely an underrated touch.
