According to a 2017 Harvard study, the antidepressant Lexapro can cause anorgasmia in patients. This study appears to be the basis of Los Angeles’ Diveliner‘s new single. With a chorus of “she can’t come cause she’s on Lexapro/We both depressed it’s fucking getting closer,” the song encapsulates a lot of modern pop in its references to anti-anxiety medication but also in its sound. Diveliner is somewhere between fellow Californian Blackbear and Post Malone. He’s smooth and dreamy but with an edge to him.
