Portland, OR’s Good I’m Glad is preparing to release their new album, radiopop on November 20th. The latest single from the album is “NEVER GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!!” Mixing elements of power pop and synthrock, the song is reminiscent of artists like Ozma or Motion City Soundtrack–basically bands in the late 90s/early 2000s that people said sounded like Weezer even though Weezer never used as many synths as those bands. It is a real blast from the past sound but one I am prepared to fully embrace.
