Long-time collaborators The Grouch & Eligh recently announced their new triple disc release entitled The Tortoise and The Crow, available on February 25, 2014. The album’s lead single is “Say Eligh! Say Grouch!” Starting off like an army cadence, the track quickly morphs into an electro-tinged hip hop beat with impressive vocal acrobatics from the two rappers.
