Hip-hop duo, Gumbo recently released their debut album, Stir the Pot. The focus track from the album is “All True.” The song sees the duo teaming up with the legendary Chuck D from Public Enemy over a woozy hip hop beat. Despite the relatively laidback sound of the instrumental, each rapper approaches their verse with ferocity. The second verse is particularly interesting, laced with references to the stand-up comedy circuit.
