Surviving the Golden Age is excited to premiere Los Angeles singer-songwriter/producer, Heather Christie‘s new cover of the song.
Christie’s cover is anything but traditional. She gives it a Born to Die-era Lana Del Rey spin with her sultry voice over electronic drums and lush synth pads. Electric guitar flourishes and dissonant electronic elements give the song a necessary tension but it never loses sight of the original masterpiece.
