Floridian duo Jezus Martinez recently released their album, Back to the Basics. The latest single from the album is the titular track. With a similar message to Jurassic 5‘s “What’s Golden,” the two emcees each approach the golden age hip hop beat with different approaches. Mike Martinez’ first verse has a more serious braggadocio while Jezus Borgia’s second verse is a little more humorous as he raps about probiotics and muffins.
