Once upon a time, The Two Friends were well on their way to becoming my favorite mashup artists. They made several esoterically sampled mashups that brought freshness to a genre that was quickly getting stale. But recently the group has been concentrating more on remixes. Their latest remix is a take on John De Sohn‘s “Long Time.” For a progressive house remix, the track is pretty good but to me, it does not distinguish itself from every other progressive house track coming out right now.
