Last month Letting Up Despite Great Faults released their Crumble EP. Standout track, “The Do-Over” shows off the band’s mix of shoegaze and surf. Reverb-drenched guitars are mixed with atmospheric production and the vocals a bit buried in the mix. It makes for a pretty song where even the vocals feel like an instrument rather than the focus.
