British Columbia-based singer/songwriter, Louise Burns started her career as part of the teenage pop-punk band Lillix before releasing a slew of solo LPs including the Polaris-nominated Young Mopes. On April 21st, she will release her new album, Element. The lead single from the album is “I Don’t Feel it Like I Used To.” Sounding somewhere between 90s Madonna and 80s Kate Bush, the song mixes elements of synth pop, darkwave, and trip hop. It is dreamy yet danceable and a little bit sensual.
