Boston rapper, M-Dot released his album, egO anD The eneMy 2: A Dissolute Paradise last month. The Erick Sermon-produced single, “HoopHop” shows off a little of what to expect from the LP. M-Dot’s storytelling lyricism is on point, describing getting a college basketball scholarship and how those pursuits eventually led to him meeting his rap crew EMS. The track is tied nicely together with a catchy chorus sung by Alexander Padei.
