Bangkok-based Maffmatix teams up with Ill Bill for the new single, “Grime Time.” Over the gritty boom bap beat, the rappers spit grimy verses. Bill, handling the second verse, recounts his resume rapping “same Bill that made ‘How to Kill a Cop’/same Bill from Non Phixion/same Bill from La Coka Nostra, Heavy Metal Kings, and Gorilla Twins.” He didn’t mention the short-lived Circle of Tyrants with Necro, Mr Hyde and Goretex but its a long CV and the group’s name isn’t easy to fit into a rap.
