The lead single from the album is “Anna Madonna.” The quirky track is “a manifesto to say that we stay standing by holding each other through the storm” according to Blansjaar. Sung over Casio beats and lo-fi indie rock, the song reminds me of artists like The Magnetic Fields or The French.
