Whenever I hear “young boys,” I think of the Swiss soccer team BSC Young Boys. But Young Boys is actually a Brooklyn-based band with no notable ambition to play soccer. Their latest single is “Love Hits,” a darkwave tune that harkens back to the days of Siouxsie and the Banshees and Echo and the Bunnymen. It makes me wonder why they aren’t called Young and the Boys.
