Detroit emcee Phat Kat‘s just rereleased his 1999 EP Dedication To The Suckers. With the entire 6-song EP being produced by J Dilla, it was somewhat of a collector’s item. The EP’s title track shows off Dilla’s boom bap production with a healthy dose of scratching while Phat Kat’s rhymes still sound as sharp three decades later.
