Russian-born, American-based rapper, Rich Caviar just dropped his new single, “Tam Akula.” He says “‘Tam Akula’ means ‘there is a shark over there’ in the Russian language.” He shows his predatory prowess with a complex flow over a glitchy hip hop beat.
