Northern Ireland Music Prize award winner, ROE just released her new single, “Look who’s on TV.” Beginning with light guitar arpeggios and vocal, the track almost tricks you into believing its a sparse ballad. By the thirty second mark, the production explodes with big synths and an electronic drum beat. The combination of the folky elements with electronic production is reminiscent of artists like Maggie Rogers or the Postal Service.
