Moldovan electronic artist, Serge Bulat teams up with Argentina’s Rumbo Tumba for the new single, “Argova State of Mind.” Although named for the Argova river in Romania, the track has a definitive South American feel to it with tremolo-drenched guitar hits over bossonova percussion. Ambient brass accents come in later in the song to give the track an almost haunting feel, like the remnants of a long ended party hazily repeating in your mind.
