Brooklyn quartet, Slut Magic are preparing to release their album, Trauma Queen on October 30th. The latest single from the collection is “Salsa Red.” Written about lead singer Emma Sky’s high school bed room, the song feels mysterious and sexy. With strong bass, noisy drums, and reverb-drenched guitar arpeggios, the track is reminiscent of a Pixies song with Kim Deal on lead vocals.
