Multi-instrumentalist Stephen Chopek released a cover of The Pogues‘ “Five Green Queens And Jean” last month for St. Patrick’s Day. Chopek spruced up the Joe Strummer produced track by playing the original’s accordion melody on synth and picking up the tempo a bit. It gives the cover a modern feel while still staying true to the original.
