Former Port O’Brien drummer, Joshua Barnhart is the mastermind behind Strange Pilgrim. The band just released their debut single, “Salt And Seagulls.” With droning guitar arpeggios that are reminiscent of R.E.M. and Elliott Smith-esque vocals, the track has a definitive late-90s/early-2000s feel to it. While there has been no official announcement of more music to come, with the promise of “Salt And Seagulls,” you have to hope that an album is on the way.
