Over the last year and a half, songwriter Will Sandnes has dug deep into his craft and the result is The United Skies. Surviving the Golden Age is excited to premiere their sophomore single “Red Eyes.” With its mixture of honest lyrics, indie pop ennui, and electronic elements it is reminiscent of bands like The Rocket Summer or Owl City. It would not surprise me at all if in another year and a half, United Skies is a household name.
