Kansas City-based quartet, You Monster You are preparing their sophomore release, Not Dead Yet for later this year. The first single from the album is “Iron.” Mixing elements of power pop and alt-rock, the song wouldn’t sound out of place along side 90s crossover hits like Harvey Danger’s “Flagpole Sitta” or Superdrag’s “Sucked Out.” It is catchy, fun, and has a killer guitar solo.
