NYC vocalist, Melody Rose is preparing to release her self-titled debut EP at the beginning of 2015. The EP’s lead single is “I Only Have Love for You” and Surviving the Golden Age is pleased to premiere the track’s official music video. Sounding somewhere between Sara Bareilles and Norah Jones, the piano ballad gets an equally emotive video. Director Gonzalo Romero mixes close-ups of the singer with images of the ocean, the beach, and stone structures while a recurring theme of Rose writing in a journal are explored. They seem like fitting visuals for the beautiful track.
